Are panic attacks normal? Hehe.. Had one this morning.. Like.. Will I have enough money to support my family? wat about my kids if i have any?

weirdly, even tho i had that mini-panic attack this morning, i'm feeling more at peace with myself than I've been for a long time, and happy too.. :)
